All Sales Are Final
Due to the high cost of international shipping and the nature of blind box products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or blind box randomness (e.g., not receiving the secret hidden figure). 

Damaged or Wrong Items
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the item arrived severely damaged or you received the wrong item. 
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with a valid unboxing video showing the damage or the wrong item.
- We will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation. We do not cover the return shipping cost.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
